I remember that night thinking how lucky I felt she was at least sort of interested when she agreed to go to dinner after the lights. Or maybe just hungry? 🤔 😂 Love this annual tradition.

5 years ago, Madison and I went on our first date at Christmas Magic in York. We didn’t know at the time that we were creating an annual tradition that we celebrate to this day. This year, we were able to share the tradition with our niece Maelee, @kleer15 and @trevoryinger13. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year y’all!

The great @nathansexton is another session player that’s been on every single I’ve cut in Nashville.

Another great dude that greets you with a hug no matter how long it’s been. Nate beats the tar out of the drums and is a sire of sick beats. When he’s not playing with his band @goodbyejune or traveling with national touring acts, he can be found at his home studio @studionomade_tn or blessing the rest of the Nashville recording community with his fine work.

Had a blast closing out 2024 @hungryrundistillery Saturday. After 33 shows spanning 1,810 miles across 3 states and working full time, I must admit, I’m wore out, but very thankful.

I sincerely appreciate all of the venues for booking me this year. Thankful for my beautiful wife being my side to help organize the crazy train and for pushing me musically. I’m thankful for my family always being there to support and help set up and tear down. Also thankful for Uncle Denny getting back out on the road this year more often. Last but not least, thank you to anyone who came to a show, spread the good word, or streamed a song this year. I love y’all and look forward to 2025. Merry Christmas! 🫶🤘🍻🎄
